Woe is me - Maryland | DC Metro | Frederick County Child Photographer

Poor Mommy photographer. Out of 3 kids, I only have one that is willing to let me play now and then whenever I feel like it. When I come home with shots of other people's kids that I just love, I typically get the urge to take my kids out and shoot them, since I don't do it nearly as often anymore. My two older girls have to be coaxed and bribed into doing any sort of pictures (so parents, DO NOT feel bad!). So I pick my battles wisely.

My little one, however, still loves being the subject of my camera. On her terms of course, meaning she doesn't perform for me if I have something specific in mind. But she's always a willing participant to get out there and play for me. But this can be good. It stretches my creativity and gets me to just catch it as it comes instead of trying to get something that I think I'd like to have.

I found a new location that I wanted to try out, so I grabbed my ever-willing model and we played there for a bit. It's a keeper!



She is such a little ham.
