Great Grandmas are special - Maryland | DC Metro | Frederick County Family Photographer

When I got a call from the M family (I say the M family because all of their names start with the letter M!), Mom wanted shots of her little guy to celebrate his first birthday that had recently passed. But she also wanted to include her grandmother in on the shots. As soon as we discussed what she wanted and why, I knew this shoot would be special. It was an honor to capture the relationship between these kids and their great grandmother!

This location didn't have such tall grass the last time I was there, but the tall grass made it amazing!





This is my absolute favorite picture from the whole session. Trust me, that's a hard statement to make because I adore so many from this session. But there's just something magical about this one.












These kids had the bluest eyes I'd ever seen! Mom and Dad are in for it when they're older!!
